Studio Assistant for Knitwear Brand
OverviewThis is a unique role for a driven, outgoing and extremely organized person to take command of the day to day mechanics of a children’s fashion business, who would like to join a friendly, driven and creative team. The position offers high levels of independence and responsibility and great day-to-day variety. Ideal for a motivated, meticulous multi-tasker who can be a supporting “spine” for the team.
The role will directly report to the Studio Manager and will work with her on ensuring that goals and expectations of the studio are met on a daily basis.
Studio/Office Duties - Provide administrative support for smooth running of the company: postage; supplies; office filing; office layout and organization; office repairs; managing our customer help desk; photo shoots; trade-shows; sample sales; communication with retail outlets; pop up shops; etc.
Anything and everything can come up at our studio and we need the SA to jump on board and put on multiple hats to ensure the team is supported!
Customer Support - Managing our online help desk and communicating with our customers is one of the main duties of this role. Ensuring that help tickets are cleared and our customers are happy is the main part of the SA’s role.This person must have full responsibility and ownership of the help desk and must be able to adopt the Misha andPuff brand and voice.
Warehouse and Shipping – Work with our warehouse and ensure that all stock is in sellable condition; quantities are tracked precisely, and orders are picked and packed accurately on a timely basis. Act as the liaison between our customers and the warehouse for returns and any order inquiries.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in e-commerce, enjoys working with customers, is interested in the operations of a children’s fashion business, and is patient and great with customers. Job Type: Part-time, 20 hours a week
