- This position is responsible for**:
- Conceptualise ideas, assign projects, verify deadlines and ensure that they are met - ensure all creative goals are met.
- Manage and lead the creative team: Graphic Designer, Junior Graphic Designer and Web & Digital Developer.
- Inspire, guide, push and grow the creative team.
- Developing creative guidelines and directing creative work across all platforms.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
- Execution of ideas through creative principles.
- Work closely with the team to develop top quality advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure that the respective Brand Design Guidelines are stricktly adhered to.
