Job description

Use your creativity and people management experience in this Lead Creative role, driving the strategy, integration and execution of design activities for International brands.

  • This position is responsible for**:
  • Conceptualise ideas, assign projects, verify deadlines and ensure that they are met - ensure all creative goals are met.
  • Manage and lead the creative team: Graphic Designer, Junior Graphic Designer and Web & Digital Developer.
  • Inspire, guide, push and grow the creative team.
  • Developing creative guidelines and directing creative work across all platforms.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Execution of ideas through creative principles.
  • Work closely with the team to develop top quality advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure that the respective Brand Design Guidelines are stricktly adhered to.
  • Pay attention to detail.
