Digital Account Director
Mirum South Africa is looking for a determined, ambitious suit who gets as excited about driving new business, as they do about strengthening existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate would be fearless in pushing Mirum’s agenda, communicating with influence and credibility while networking or at partner meetings. You’d take pride in building trust with clients by anticipating their needs and challenges, and delivering against them, thereby increasing and capitalising on opportunities to cross sell and upsell. Similiarly, you’d understand the importance of building relationships internally with colleagues in studio and operations, and harnessing a team all focused on delivering a project effectively and timeously. You’d be unafraid of the difficult discussions, and know when it’s appropriate to push back and provide alternative solutions.
Up to 5 years’ experience in a target/budget driven environment with focus on digital products and services (web and platform builds and/or performance campaigns) is essential, as is an understanding of costing models within an agency environment. A strong understanding of project management would be highly advantageous.
