Description

A role for a production co-ordinator/assistant has opened up in the Gauteng area.

Description:

  • The ability to write and compile agency briefs correctly from internal teams
  • Briefing and management of briefs to suppliers within specified deadlines
  • Assessment and recommendations of costs received from suppliers
  • Negotiation of quotes from suppliers to suit required budgets
  • All admin related duties involved with projects/campaigns related to corporate clients
  • Preparation of Budgets efficiently and within deadlines (campaign/retainer aligned)
  • Development of a database of suppliers aligned to agency requirements for the purpose of quoting correctly
  • Development of production schedules with clear timeframes
  • Assistance with events/activations/launches /video production
  • General Admin and office administration duties

Requirements

  • Minimum requirements – grade 12/ Matric
  • Tertiary education aligned to Marketing/Communications/Digital/Agency
  • Drivers licence and own car
  • Computer literate, particularly in Mac with excellent skills in Excel
  • Teamplayer and must have worked in similar roles to demonstrate experience
