The successful candidate will assist in leading all social media activity, from research and strategy through to development, execution, management and analysis.

As a key member of the team, you will make an impact on the brand by:

  • Strategically leading the development of social campaigns and seasonal campaign content
  • Establishing powerful relationships with the social networking titans (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Making the brand an industry leader and trend setter via an innovative social strategy
  • Creating, building, innovating and delivering all overarching and campaignspecific social media strategies
  • Driving sales to the online stores and stores.
  • As Head of Visual merchandising you will be responsible for the way the product looks in stores and online.

As a key member of the team, you will make an impact on the brand by:

  • “keeping it fresh” weekly updating store interior and windows to drive and elevate sales through creative displays and visual colour stories/outfit inspiration and ensuring consistency across stores.
  • Developing breathtaking creative and effective windows displays within budget and on time.
  • Project manages 6 photo shoots a year.
  • Training and developing a merchandise staff of 10 inventory associates in each store, monitoring their development and coaching them to progress in the company. This involves national travel, creating of online training modules as well as physical training and measurement.

As an entrepreneur you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.

In addition, you have:

  • 2+ years social media experience and ability to demonstrate consistent competency across all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest.
  • At least 2 years Visual merchandising success.
  • Understanding of the brand’s competitive set, possesses a knowledge of your function’s industry best practices and landscape, and maintains an industry network
  • Strong sense of style, taste and talent to understand and adopt design, fashion, trends and aesthetic fundamentals in innovative ways to propel the brand.
  • Project management (time management, coordination, planning) with the ability to deliver results while managing multiple priorities
