Merchandise Assistant

We are looking for a Dynamic, Fashion loving, well-spoken and vibrant individual to join our team. As a staff member you will be expected to:

  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports for planning and management (system training provided)
  • Liaise with customers with regards to pricing, product and delivery queries and ensuring that orders are received in a timely manner Prepare seasonal SWOT for the merchandising team
  •  Sample administration Meeting room prepping for showings and other meetings
  • To administer and maintain product and customer related database including manual spreadsheets (intermediate Excel knowledge)
  • General office administration and ad hoc duties as required by the department
  • Assist Designers in created mood boards, Map sheets and other graphic (system training provided)

Required experience:

  • Administrative retail experience (advantage)
