Job description

The purpose of this position is stock management and retail customer service. Coordination and communication of promotions and local suppliers.


  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Resolve administrative problems by analysing information
  • Maintain workflow
  • Use initiative and ask the right questions
  • Lead supplier meetings
  • Maintain deadlines




  • Must be computer literate with advanced MS Excel skills
  • Detail orientated with the ability to work accurately and analytically
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and reporting skills
  • Must be fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans
  • Able to perform well under pressure
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12
  • Able to function well in a team environment
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in an administrative environment
