The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Deliver against agreed sales targets
  • Manage and implement sales plan
  • Monitor and give input to customer profiles
  • Implement stock inventory processes in the area of responsibility
  • Drive shopkeeping disciplines
  • Drive stock availability through influencing and managing over and under stock scenarios
  • Maximise promotional and special events sales
  • Deliver consistent customer shopping experience
  • Be a Brand Ambassador who represents the brand aligned to company values


  • A Matric Certificate or relevant qualification
  • Previous experience operating at a junior management level/department manager/assistant store manager or store manager within a retail environment
  • Passion for Fashion & Home
  • Results oriented and shows a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong leadership critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a strong level of verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Passion for delivering consistent customer shopping experience
  • Ability to influence the store team and lead change effectively
  • Business acumen and numerical ability
  • Organised and attention to detail
