If you are in the entrepreneurship world, then having patience for a new project, waiting for a clients answer, or even delaying satisfaction for when your project is more advanced can probably make part of your usual thoughts and whether you like it or not, lead you to having anxiety.
Many times, these thoughts come along with stress or even depression. The things many people don’t speak about when talking about their entrepreneurship path is how emotional strength is essential, and not being able to control your anxiety can lead you to a dark, stressful place. Of course, if you entered the entrepreneurship world, you were probably looking for fun, positivity, satisfaction and good thoughts, so today we will show you how to manage these difficult feelings when they appear.
First healthy habit is journaling. If you haven’t heard of this, it consists in dedicating a time of your day into writing what you are feeling, what you lived, and what your thoughts are for the future. Many times, bad feelings appear because you haven’t expressed them and journaling can easily fix this. It can easily become your “trustful buddy”.
Second, think about writing a fear list. Many times we don’t realize that our bad feelings come from the fear of the unknown, fear of failure, or even feelings of fear that we didn’t even know existed, and all of these cause us to hold back from success. Write a list of your fears and when you have them down, write about what the worst thing that could happen would be. This can help you realize that maybe your problems aren’t as big as you think.
Last, but not least, try playing classical music in your workspace. Many of us don’t realize the impact that music has in our life, and if you manage to find music that relaxes your brain, then you mind and body will feel relaxed as well…..
