About The Position

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric - Essential
• Tertiary commercial qualification (e.g. Retail Business Diploma)
• 1 - 2 years management experience
• Computer literacy
• Clothing and Homeware experience advantageous

A well-known fashion retailer has an exciting opportunity for a Clothing and Home Department Manager based in Bloemfontein.

Duties (will Include But Not Limited To)

• Ensure departmental sales are in line with agreed budgets
• Effectively manage weekly and seasonal store sales plan
• Give input to customer profiles
• Ensure clothing and home stock inventory processes are implemented
• Ensure shop keeping disciplines are continuously in place
• Drive stock availability
• Maximise promotional and special events
• Complete risk audits
• Ensure timeous replenishment of merchandise
• Develop, recruit and retain a team
• Conduct performance and development discussions
• Shrinkage control
