Area Manager - Ladies Fashion Brand

An international fashion retail group is looking to employ a driven, well-groomed and experienced Area/Operations Manager to join their team in Gauteng and manage stores in major malls in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Essential requirements include:

•  Should have at least 6 – 8 years fashion retail experience
•  Must have 5-6 years’ experience as a Store Manager
•  at least 2+ years’ experience as an Area Manager
• Matric and a Tertiary qualification in Retail /Business Management would be preferable
• An achievement track record (leadership, awards, sports, extra curricula activities, clubs, societies etc)
• Demonstrated high level of integrity
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel, and to be a leader of managers.
