5 minute morning routine that will make everything better
Have you ever heard of the phrase of waking up on the wrong side of the bed? Many times this means that for some reason, things in your day aren’t working as you would want them too ever since you woke up..... we all hate these days and if you want to avoid having them as much as possible, read ahead.
There are simple ways to maximize the productivity of your day, and we’ve got the most effective 5 Minute routine, that includes 3 easy steps that guarantee that you will have an active, happy and productive day... exactly the opposite of waking up on the wrong side of bed!
Step 1: 1 minute. Drink water. Our bodies are made 60% out of water, so you can imagine how important it is to fill it up with energy! Starting the day with a large glass of water will help your brain and body feel revitalized and give everything a full boost to start well.
Step 2: 2 minutes . Take 2 minutes for internet-free breathing. We breathe all day long so we tend to forget how important it is. However, studies have shown that making 10 long breaths in the early morning allow to lower our stress and anxiety impressively. Make sure you avoid internet before this, and have a peaceful start to your day.
Step 3: Stretch: 2 minutes. By stretching before starting your day, you are helping your muscles and bones wake up. This will not only help you feel full of energy but increase your body circulation and flexibility as well.
