Haute App is announced to be runner up of Fashion Meets Tech event last Wednesday 12 of Octorber by TechCabal and Sprice TV

What is Haute App?

It is an application storing customer information such as measurements, styles and due dates. Thus, Tailors and fashion designers could speed up the process of designing and complete product as well as control their schedule.

The benefit comes to both sides: tailors and customers. The former will have an application to manage the private customers information and your ideas and the latter could update their information, create albums, edit or share the finished products to various social media via the app.

If you’re a tailor, your life would be easier with Haute. In the traditional way, tailors would write down customers’s information and the ideas they want to design. In fact, if the note book gets lost, it is too hard to find back the ideas and ask for customers information again. Haute has created a smooth process that’ll protect your ideas and make your work easier.

The Haute App team is made up of Imogie Mubarak (who’s the Lead Designer), Nosa Obaseki (Front End Developer), Efeturi Money (Android Developer), and Victor Ochende(Project Manager).

When asked about where the idea came from , Mubarak said, “I’ve been to tailor shops and I have a handful of friends who are tailors too. We saw an opportunity to create a product that helped them improve their production process.”

The project will be launched in the first week of November. This new app proves the talent and potential of African tech entrepreneurs in the fashion sector.
